- Steakhouse 1/2 lbs Burgers (2 patties): These burgers are made with our high quality Midwestern steaks. They are amazing. This is high end stuff, no trim, no skeleton trim.. you will never go back to the grocery store.

- Dry Aged Brisket Burgers (4 Patties): This burger is a proprietary mix of chuck, short rib, brisket new york strip and Ribeye. Primarily made with Dry Aged Brisket Chuck aged for 21 days, the NY and RibEye for about twice that.

- Wagyu Burgers (4 pack): This is a REAL Wagyu burger, not a mix. It is made 100% from Domestic Wagyu from Colorado.
