These unaged beef shares are suitable for diets requiring low histamine beef.

How it works

• We will offer eight (8) shares per each steer/beef.
• Each 1/8^th share will require a deposit of $500.00/share, purchased via this product webpage. This deposit is nonrefundable.
• A customer can purchase as many 1/8^th shares as they wish (for example, you can purchase 4 shares = ½ steer, or 8 shares = 1 full steer)
• After each steer is fully purchased (all 8 shares are sold), we will then harvest the steer.

• After harvest, we will then invoice for the outstanding balance, specific to the actual weight/yield of beef per 1/8^th share X $10.99/lb (price per March 2025).

What is included in an 1/8th share

• Each 1/8^th share will reflect approximately 70 lbs of beef
• Each 1/8^th share will be a combination of Tier 1 and Tier 2 steaks, roasts and ground beef
  • Approx. 8 lbs Tier 1 Steaks: Ribeye, Delmonico, New York Strip and Filet Mignon 

• • Approx. 10 lbs Tier 2 Steaks: Denver, Flat Iron, Flank, and Sirloin

• • Approx. 10 lbs Roasts
  • Approx. 42lbs Whole Muscle Ground Beef
• Please note: The exact amount of beef per each steer will vary depending on the steer hanging weight and yield. On average, each of our Certified ONYA® steers will yield about 500 lbs of beef to be packaged. Some will yield more and some less. We will invoice according to final yield weights.

Pricing

• The current price will be $10.99/lb as of March 2025. Each 1/8th share will contain approximately 70lbs of unaged, low histamine beef. This pricing can change in the future depending on beef prices and processing costs
• After harvest of each steer, we will invoice for the outstanding balance, specific to the actual weight/yield of beef per 1/8^th share X $10.99/lb (Price per March 2025).

Shipping

• We will ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous US States
• Shipping cost will be $150/share, flat rate. Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice.
• Delivery of orders will be within 2 weeks of each steer that is harvested.
