### Heating Instructions:

**Option 1: Hot Water Bath & Air Fryer**
1. Immerse the vacuum-sealed pork belly in hot water (not boiling) for 25-30 minutes.
2. Remove from the water, take the pork belly out of the vacuum bag, and pat dry.
3. Place the pork belly in an air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes, allowing the fat to render and the skin to become crispy and golden.

**Option 2: Oven Finishing**
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
2. Place the pork belly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, ensuring the skin crisps up beautifully while the meat remains tender and juicy.

**Option 3: Pan Searing**
