### Heating Instructions:

**Option 1: Hot Water Bath & Air Fryer**
1. Immerse the vacuum-sealed lamb shoulder in hot water (not boiling) for 20-25 minutes.
2. Remove from the water, take the lamb shoulder out of the vacuum bag, and pat dry.
3. Place the lamb shoulder in an air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 8-10 minutes to develop a crispy, golden-brown exterior.

**Option 2: Oven Finishing**
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Place the lamb shoulder on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
