WEIGHT:  Each one pound package contains beef slices that average 1/2" thick, 1/2" wide by 3" long.

PACKAGING:  Product ships frozen and vacuum sealed.

STORAGE:  Product can be stored in the freezer to use at a later date and should be used within 7 days of thawing. 

These beef slices are tender cuts of premium beef sourced from middle meats after cutting our steaks.  Easy to prepare and versatile, beef slices can be cooked to your liking to create stir-fry, tacos or beef bowls.
