What Sets Our Colorado Wagyu Bone-In Prime Rib Apart?

  • Colorado Wagyu, BMS 6-7: This cut boasts a Beef Marbling Score of 6-7, reflecting a high level of marbling that ensures exceptional tenderness and flavor. Colorado Wagyu is renowned for its quality, offering a premium experience with every bite.

  • Expert Aging Process: Each cut is wet-aged for 30-50 days, allowing the flavors to intensify and the meat to achieve optimal tenderness.

  • Carefully Sourced & Hand-Butchered: Our Prime Rib is sourced from top-quality Colorado Wagyu cattle raised with meticulous care on select farms. Each roast is hand-cut to maintain precision and quality, ensuring an outstanding dining experience.

  • Incredible Flavor & Versatility: The rib-eye muscle, which comprises this cut, is naturally tender and succulent, thanks to its minimal movement. Whether slow-roasted, grilled, or smoked, this cut guarantees a remarkable meal.

Serving Recommendations: Plan for 1 to 1.5 pounds per person for a bone-in roast.

Delivered Fresh or Frozen: Your Prime Rib arrives vacuum-sealed to preserve its quality and flavor. While it may be delivered frozen, a quick thaw in cold water will have it ready for cooking in no time.

Elevate your next meal with the extraordinary quality of our Colorado Wagyu BMS 6-7 Bone-In Prime Rib. Each bite is a celebration of premium beef at its finest.

WEIGHT RANGES? WHY?

Prime Rib is a substantial cut of beef, especially in its bone-in form. To offer smaller portions, we split the full cut into halves. Since a Prime Rib consists of seven ribs, the halves won’t be exactly equal. One half will have four bones, while the other will have three. As a result, the four-bone half will weigh slightly more due to the extra bone, but both halves contain a comparable amount of beef.

We price each piece at the lower end of its weight range. For example, if a roast is listed as 8-10 lbs, it is priced based on 8 lbs. This means that while your piece may fall on the lighter side of the range, you are always receiving the value you paid for.

This Prime Rib is sourced from a single farm in Texas. This is the reason we love this program, talk about farm to table.
